All services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by myself, Jayne Martin, as well as information on this website (jaynemartin.com) are for the purpose of helping you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be preventing you from moving forward and experiencing greater well-being. My services are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care such as: counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment.

You hereby acknowledge that nothing contained in my Website will constitute financial, investment, legal, and/or other professional advice and that no professional relationship of any kind is created between you and Jayne Martin. All personal or business information supplied by clients will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, except where required by law or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else. 

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

All products are either experiential events or online services.

Jayne offers a 7 day refund/return policy, no questions asked. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by submitting a request in writing by emailing Jayne at info@jaynemartin.com.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

My Content, as found within my Website and Services, is protected under Australian and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such Content is strictly prohibited. Your use of my Website and Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our Content.
