Womb and Fertility Massage Therapy
Womb Massage Therapy supports women through ALL life cycles and states of health.
What is Womb and Fertility Massage?
It’s a deep yet gentle, non-invasive abdominal and sacral therapy that focuses on improving circulation to the abdominal organs, in turn helping to improve blood, nerve and lymph flow.
It combines a nourishing blend of modalities (Abdominal & Sacral Massage, Rebozo, Pulsing, Acupressure, Hawaiian Massage & Guided Visualisations), that bring harmony and balance to the reproductive, digestive, and sacral areas.
It’s a sacred practice that re-awakens and re-connects women to their bodies, especially their womb.

What to expect during a session
Upon booking your session, new clients are required to complete a comprehensive consultation form. In your initial consultation, when you arrive you’ll take a seat and we’ll discuss your womb health and fertility journey (if you’re on one), and any emotional aspects that may arise, which will then be followed by a full Womb Massage Therapy treatment.
The Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy Treatment
The massage will commence with you lying on your belly, in your underwear, covered by a towel and blankets. In winter you’ll be nice and cosy with the air-conditioning, as well as an electric blanket on the table. I begin with a back and gluteal massage. This gives you time to slow down, relax, and become accustomed to my energy and touch.
Then you’ll roll over onto your back and I’ll check the position of your womb. Then I’ll massage your abdomen and womb. You’ll be receiving touch from your pubic bone up to your rib-cage, and will include a beautiful blend of oil techniques, pulsing, rebozo, acupressure and guided visualisations.
The treatment is finished with a beautiful restoration of the soul wrapping ceremony, where I wrap your feet, hips, shoulders and head, where you’ll rest for roughly 5 minutes. The wrapping is optional, and if you need to be unwrapped at anytime, just let me know and I’ll unwrap you.
You will be nurtured, nourished and held in a safe place and this may allow deep seated emotions to arise. If tears or emotions do arise, there’s no need to be ashamed, and it’s encouraged that you release them instead of suppressing them.
I once heard that crying is a release of resistance. So if they do arise, there’s no need to fight them. There’s no judgement. Tears are more than welcome.
Client Love
“I visited Jayne for a womb massage and left with an experience like no other. From the moment I arrived, Jayne created a safe, nurturing space that allowed me to fully receive - both physically and emotionally. As someone who had never experienced a womb massage before, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Jayne not only guided me with care and clarity but also set a beautiful standard for what true healing can feel like. I felt deeply relaxed, supported and gently invited to just be. A space where vulnerability was welcomed and honoured. I truly recommend booking a session with Jayne, every woman deserves to be nurtured in this way.”

Duration and Pricing
2 hours $200
1.5 hours $160
1 hour $120
Each option includes massage of your back, neck, head/scalp, glutes, abdomen, and womb, and to finish you'll be wrapped up in four rebozos for up to 5 minutes, which is very nurturing.
During the shorter sessions, I spend less time on your back, neck and glutes, and more on your abdomen and womb.
If you can't decide and your budget allows it, I highly recommend my 2 hour sessions. It’s my signature offer and it’s extremely restorative.Your mind and body will be so deeply relaxed by the end. That's not to say the shorter sessions aren't relaxing, but 2 hrs allows you to really drop into a deep level of relaxation.
When I began offering womb massage, I didn’t offer appointments less than 2 hours because there’s so much to get through, and I don’t like to rush. I love to go slow and honour each part of your body. A womb massage is not your usual massage. It’s a chance to slow down, to pause, to honour your body and all it does for you, to connect with your womb, relax, soften and receive.
Given the cost of living at the moment, I understand that $120 is not in everyone’s budget, let alone $200. So, to make this very special offering more accessible to more women, I decided to offer shorter sessions.
Optional add ons:
Guided meditation to connect with your spirit baby/babies. + 15 minutes @ $33.00
Castor Oil Pack on abdomen. Beneficial for liver detoxification, lymphatic drainage, and reducing inflammation and period pain. + 20 minutes @ $40.00
50g Pack of Organic Fertility Yoni Steaming Herbs. Pack yields 5-10 steams. Instructions included. + $30.00

Who Am I? Get to Know Your Therapist.
Hi, I’m Jayne. I’ve been on a fertility journey for the last 6 years, which is what led me to Womb & Fertility Massage. I signed up to train as a Womb & Fertility Massage Therapist because of my own journey, little did I know how much I would fall in love with nurturing other women in this special way.
If you’re also on a fertility journey and it’s been taking longer than you thought it would to fall pregnant, I see you. I understand the sense of loss and grief you feel for the dream that hasn’t yet manifested. I understand the heartache you feel each time you get your period. I understand the sense of fear, urgency and pressure you feel when another Birthday rolls around.
I understand the emotional, mental and physical rollercoaster, because I’m sitting on the fertility ride right beside you.
My Massage Style and Philosophy
Despite it often feeling like the opposite, I believe our bodies and our wombs are working with us, and for us. Our bodies hold so much wisdom and intelligence, and it’s time we start listening to and trusting them. Our bodies are not the enemy. Our bodies are our allies.
The unexplained infertility and physical symptoms that more and more women are experiencing, are our bodies’ way of trying to get our attention, and signal that things need to change.
And my womb massages are a loving, gentle and nurturing gateway towards your own inner wisdom, healing and change.
With the right intention, touch can be so healing and therapeutic, and in this beautiful yet busy, disconnected, distracting world we live in today, allowing yourself to slow down, be present, and receive, is a true gift.
